Return Policy
Please contact our customer service team prior to returning items. All returns need to include your details, order number or proof of purchase so let us know which order to refund. Returns without this information will be rejected. We aim to process returns the day they arrive in but sometimes this can take 1-2 days for us to process the return, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. We will email you a confirmation of your refund once its been processed.
Faulty goods:
Although faults are rare, they do unfortunately happen from time to time. If you think the part you have received from us is faulty please get in touch with us, our trained staff will help you troubleshoot any issues. If the part is faulty, we will discuss options for replacement or refund, depending on the cost of the item we may require the faulty items back, if a return is required we will provide a prepaid return label.
